We are happy to announce that the CompBat project, jointly with several other EU-funded projects, participated in the first scientific publication of the FLORES network, resulting in a comprehensive review of Life cycle assessment (LCA) for flow batteries including a set of insights related to the critical points and suggestions about the more appropriate methodologies to adopt.

The comprehensive work of comparing 20 relevant life cycle assessment studies for different flow battery systems, published between 1999 and 2021, is systematically reported and classified in the supplementary material.
